Philip and Kelly were incredibly responsive and attentive right from the beginning. They
responded immediately every time I called or texted. They set realistic expectations for price
and time on the market. (And exceeded both) I didn’t need or want hand holding but did need
someone I could trust to take care of details so I could focus on what was to come next. Philip
and Kelly were on top of every aspect and made sure I was too but did so calmly and
